1) Please list the latest versions (Official Releases) and/or svn revisions the 
game is known work correctly with.
The earlier 0.9.7 beta release that is put in download section. Or official 
release of 0.9.6.

2) What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.7 r3896m. Windows XP.

3) Describe the regression: What is the expected output?  What do you
experience instead?
For the game Negima 1-Jikanme (also apply for 2-Jikanme), the game is supposed 
to run quite fast when the number of fps is 60. However, I have to disable 
frame limiting to get the normal speed for later version I'm currently using.

4) What steps will reproduce the problem?
N/A. This problem persists throughout.

Hmm seems like EE cycles too low thing to me.

I have the same problem as well as some wierd graphical error which really is 
annoying because this game is just a bunch of text and still images...basically 
its squares indented into peoples' faces

This problem (graphic too slow at 60 fps) still persists in 1.0.0 official 
build.

P.S. The graphical error (if any), have been fixed in earlier versions.
