Memory leak in PoP: WW NTSC, when using GSdx hardware render. #948

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.)
It's ok, when running with software render.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run game using GSdx hardware render.
2. Reach ingame.

3) What exactly happens when you experience this issue (listing any console
errors or screen output you receive)?
Serious memory leak -> alot using of RAM.

4) What version of PCSX2 are you using? On what operating system? Plugins?
PCSX2 public beta (r3878), Windows 7 SP1 x86. For other details check links.

5) Please provide any additional information below.

Oops, i've done more checking and noticed what it's leak occurs with software 
render too and ZeroGS 0.97.1. (zerogs-r3878)

This game requires huge amounts of ram, it will probably be okay with the 
NTCore 4GB Patch, not a lot we can do about it.
