Appcrash while Playing Tony Hawk Underground #966

1) Did the game ever work correctly (i.e. not have this problem) on the
Official PCSX2 build or an earlier version of PCSX2 playground?
(If so, please specify the latest pcsx2-playground or Official revision
that last worked.) NO.

2) What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start up, skip intro, crashes during the first load bar.

Why are you reporting issues with such an old PCSX2 version? At least try 
compiling the latest SVN or try with the latest available here...

The game should work on the latest build (if not SVN) Marking this as invalid 
due to the age of the build tested on.  Please wait till 0.9.8 is out, if it 
still doesnt work, please resubmit a new issue using the new build stating the 
problems.
