Document localhost proxying #91

By default chrome doesnt proxy localhost/127.0.01. The bypass is to use a local DNS record: https://www.tecmint.com/setup-local-dns-using-etc-hosts-file-in-linux/ or use firefox

Set network.proxy.allow_hijacking_localhost to true in about:config
