A new version of Putty was released with a security fix:

PuTTY no longer retains passwords in memory by mistake.

I finally updated FuTTY.. =)  Sorry it took so long, I pretty much had to wait 
for somebody with real C skills to update PuTTYTray against the new PuTTY.
