Add support for mosh connections #19

Mosh is a replacement for SSH. It's more robust and responsive, especially over 
Wi-Fi, cellular, and long-distance links.

FuTTY has the opportunity to be the first Windows terminal connection software 
to support this new and better protocol.

I'd love to see code added to PuTTY for this!

But I think it would be a project all its own..  Not something that should be 
added just to FuTTY.
