MS VC++ 2010 is the only supported compiler. #2

It would be nice if at least Cygwin/MingW were supported, and have all the same 
features you get when it's compiled with VC++.
Also, it would be nice if the "unix" and "macosx" variants worked too.

Probably, a lot of code could be #ifdef'd so it only works on VC++, but allows 
the rest to compile with reduced features.

Note: The build scripts are very out of sync..  Only the *.sln and related 
files are kept in a working state.

It's actually only MSVC/putty.suo that's being kept up-to-date.
Open that file in MS Visual C++ 2010 to build.

No longer an issue..  It compiles fine with Cygwin now.  (minus urlhack)
