I don't have a global preferences wave, please reset my preferences so the
next time I add the Notifiy robot it will be created for me.

I just reset your global preferences wave. Please create a new wave, add the 
Notifiy robot to it and you should get a new global preferences wave. Just let 
me know if you have any further problems.
