Hi, thank you for developing a good package.

I have the strange question. Can i adapt this package for RNA-seq data or it can be used only for single-cell?

Hi @VikArz02,

I appreciate your interest in our tool. scTenifoldKnk was developed for single-cell RNA-seq data. We haven't tested its performance on RNA-seq data. Additionally, the structures of the data are designed for sparse matrices. You may adapt it to work in your samples if you have enough sample size to construct an accurate gene regulatory network.
