Catch crashing programs with e.g. SIGSEGV #81

Currently, when a user program or driver crashes, there is no notification
of any kind to the crashing program, or any server process. The crashing
process is silently removed from the kernel process table. We should at
display a message on the console with syslog() or notify a process with
SIGSEGV to inform users of the crashing process.
