docs: update examples #9

I hope this is useful. Haven't quite gotten covert or coverify working with tape (for a true unixy experience), so decided to stick to the existing istanbul example. Thanks!

Changes

docs: Shortens existing examples by leveraging node_modules/.bin.
docs: Adds tape example.

Played around with covert today, and couldn't quite get it to work with codecov due to this bug, so I guess istanbul is indeed the way to go until it's fixed.
