please create a empty starter and remove sample page and code

@caiobiodere it's not really helpful to other users. But what we can give is CLI option to the users about their choice, do they want sample code or not ? Like this. It's good to have feature.

hey guys, I've been thinking on this wizard but i still not sure about what kind of templates we can use, I would like some suggestions if you guys can help! (restaurants, travels, etc)
