As a registered user, I want to be able to create my eportfolio within a text workspace So that I can use the standard tools that are implemented in all online websites and applications

Success / Acceptance Criteria

Text workspace is implemented (Balloon Block)
Text workspace's functions (Bold, italic, etc) work and are displayed in the workspace

Editor made using CKEditor 5, put under the Create button in the homepage.
