Fix Workspace Bugs and Update UI/UX

As a User, I want to be able to create folios with no bugs, such that I have a good experience

Success:

• Grey out the workspace until user selects folio/template
• Grey out bottom of workspace to create seperation
• Add a cancel option to delete
• Add colour to folio labels in left toolbar
