The major change on this version is that I have gone through and put all .js files in their correct folders. I have also gone through and deleted any images that are not actually being used anymore. Setup the manifest.json properly to reflect our app.
I have also gone through every single file on the frontend and added comments to each function. Fixed a bug when reading templates.
Oh and cannot forget, changed the UI of the buttons in the workspace to reflect the theme of the website.
