  1. Change hover state so nav can be traversed by keyboard only
  2. Set :focus styles on skip nav to make visible by keyboard

@hessdev the skip link is hidden behind the nav/alert on the http://test-dukes.pantheonsite.io/products/ page. Can you adjust the position of the skip link to make this visible?

One remaining tweak to add a background color of white to the skip nav element so it can be readable on top of varying header images.
