Product options/sizes not keyboard navigable #166

  1. Change product options and sizes radios to be keyboard navigable.

@hessdev these are now navigable, but there is not a focus state that displays when you initially tab to the fieldset. This is less of a problem with the Packaging Option fieldset because the jar is selected by default, but if you reset the inputs, the default state disappears. The Size and Case fieldset doesn't display the focus until you move through the set.
