View and discuss current brand and site — how it looks, feels and what it communicates to users — to align group and understand our current state. After this discussion, ask group does the current state align with the desired state (No, but this was a baseline exercise).
Part 2 - Example Review - 20 min
Review site examples (variety - news, social network, intranet, etc), gauge reactions to different types of sites that embody a variety of the values agreed upon in the initial meeting.
Part 3 - Name Review - 20 min
Review and discuss proposed names for the new site.
