Don't interpolate sources/tracks unless interpolation markers are present

The API is a bit confusing, because if an expression evaluates to undefined, then it's treated as a string constant.

This isn't very good, and can lead to undesirable effects. This ought to be fixed. Perhaps an alternative attribute should be used for interpolation
