implement WatchGroup functionality #11

Unfortunately, I'm not sure I really care for the apparent coupling between the Parser and the Change Detection code in Angular.dart. However, it would be good to write an initial implementation, and possibly trash the abstraction layer at a later time.

I am not really decided on how the abstraction should be written, because it seems like it lends itself to coupling regardless. But I'll try to make it work.

Miško has clarified the AST abstraction a bit, so I think I'm okay to take this on. I still think it would be better to simplify it a bit, though
