Implement continuous using Angular's SL account #13

This is the exciting part where I get to try running this on browsers other than Chrome.

I think we want SL_IE9+, as well as FF and Chrome (possibly Canary, but likely not). Lets see how hard this will be.

There's a circular linked list bug happening which is sort of difficult to debug, so I"m going to get back to this in a bit after integrating with vojta's assertion library, hopefully that will help.
