IE9: things are failing spectacularly #14

It looks like the browser is doing pretty bad in IE9, and this is very unfortunate. I'm not in a position to debug this at the moment, so I'm going to simply remove the SL_IE_9 test runner for the time being, until this can be figured out.

If anyone is able to debug IE9 and see if they can figure out the issue, I would much appreciate some help in solving that, because the es6-shim should definitely work there.

Apparently it's clearly spelled out in the es6-shim page that it doesn't work on IE9, so... 68747470733a2f2f63692e746573746c696e672e636f6d2f7061756c6d696c6c722f6573362d7368696d2e706e67 so... I guess this isn't something to worry about atm.
