mies knows how to download and assemble the packaged Virtualbox files (*.ova), but you have to know to go into ~/Library/Caches/fa-ievms to find them—and only if they haven't been cleared out yet.
There should be an export (or grab, etc) command, where you can ask for the OVA file of IE vm(s) and it'll download/assemble and then dump out the ova files untouched. (Makes sharing these VMs easier).
