Large files do not unzip

casual package crashes when trying to unzip larger files, to test it out i 
created a simple caspac that should flash a nexus 5 with the latest firmware, 
however it stops unzipping just after 100Mb, the issue seems the same on both 
windows and linux.

Interesting.   It also appears to be unzipping two copies. Please link me to 
the firmware package, or host the CASPAC or CASUAL online so I can take a look. 
 It appears that there are two issues here and one may be a possible race 
condition.

This should be fixed, PCouzens, I believe i addressed this near build 1100.. 
Please verify.  I'm closing this issue and will reopen if it's a problem.
