v96 download ?? #105

I see v96 release in the readme but i do not fine any release newer than v93 in the released version (https://github.com/cajhin/capsicain/releases)

thanks for pushing, I'm lazy :) Now there's a new release v97.

for minor versions, I don't build release packages, you can always get the latest exe from the repository.
