A proposed fix for #31 by performing an unconditional synchronization of LED states with Windows toggle state on exit.

I merged this pull request manually, with minor non-functional changes. v90 includes your code. Seems to work as designed.

Note: I would have preferred if this github pull request was visibly merged, instead of closing it; still gotta figure out how to do that next time.
