heptio-authenticator-aws has been renamed to aws-iam-authenticator #1

As the title suggests the heptio-authenticator-aws has been renamed, leading to this error: Error: Invalid value for "--heptio-auth": heptio-authenticator-aws does not exist in environment paths or un-executable.

Thanks for reporting this. I will fix it. In the meantime, you can use --heptio-auth to specify the path of the authenticator.
