Stuck on Virtual Machine with Macbook's Parallels

Device: Macbook Pro 2019 Intel i9 osx: 14.4.1 Parallels: 19.3 Virtual Machine OS: windows11

Everything is fine at the beginning, afterward, the CPU usage will be over 100% I tried to tune the CPU mount (2~16), but it still has the same issue.

For testing on a macbook (if the goal is to measure the latency on macOS), I recommend installing python and running [script] (https://github.com/cakama3a/Gamepadla/blob/main/Gamepadla.py) through the console. If you need to test on windows, then a mac is not suitable for this task, since accurate measurements require a typical windows processor Intel or AMD.
