OmniSharp needs to be kept in sync with Cake's default assembly references #86

OmniSharp is incorrectly marking ZipFile as not found even though Cake compiles and runs fine.

@jnm2 we needed to publish 0.2.0 quickly in order to get the performance improvements into next OmniSharp release. I'll create a hotfix for fixing this in a not so distant future however.
