The changes allows to call build.ps1 or build.sh from any folder and cake will take the build.cake script found in the same folder as the bootstrapper is located.

We did some maintenance work on this repo which included removing of the develop branch which closed this PR.

@anrichter Please create a new PR targeting master branch so that we can have a look at it
