Add "remedies" for common pitfalls

I had the following troubles when trying to get through the "getting started" guide:

• The execution policy for powershell was not set ( "Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned" helped)
• Had only Powershell 1 installed => weird error message about Join-Path (Powershell 4 helped)

Out of interest though, what operating system are you running?

Win 7 Professional SP1, 64Bit, German locale

Two things to add:

• If the path contains spaces, the script didn't work (moving to a different folder helped)
• Nuget.exe cannot be downloaded if your company has proxies that block certain files (manually downloading nuget.exe helped)
