Add option to perform dry runs #154

As discussed with @pascalberger , this will allow us to test changes that commit changes to a fork without actually raising issues and submitting PRs. The dry run will output a URL in the console which can copied and pasted in browser to view the diff.

I need to keep in mind that Slack has a tendency to mess with pasted URLs which can cause problems if I want to share the URLs with other team members.
