Add an exclusion list for repositories #227

This list will allow us to specify repositories we want to be ignored when the list of contributors is generated

AddinDiscoverer version 5.7.0 is being published right now. It will raise a new issue to synchronize contributors without the "renovate-presets" repo.

@pascal Also, let's hope we don't get the intermittent "Server Error".
