Upgrade Cake.Core to version 1 #40

Cake.Core version 1 is release and stable now, so please update this package to reference to version 1 and resolve below warning:

The assembly 'Cake.EntityFramework, Version=0.3.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'
is referencing an older version of Cake.Core (0.33.0).
For best compatibility it should target Cake.Core version 1.0.0.
