(#143, #136) updated CakeContribGuidelines and fixed most CCG-Warnings #154

Description

Updated CakeContrib.Guidelines and Cake.Addin.Analyzer.
Removed the icon from the project so the default icon as set from CakeContrib.Guidelines will be used. fixes #143
Fixed CCG0007 and added a missing TFM
Fixed CCG0008 and added missing tags. fixes #136

@nils-a again, if you wanted to rebase once other PR is merged in, we can get this included as well.
