Template for Azure Pipline/ TFS Build Summary #468

It would be nice to have a template which would generate a file which can be used on the summary page of an Azure Pipeline / TFS Build

Cake.Issues.Recipe currently contains a simple summary report template which could be used as base for this: https://github.com/cake-contrib/Cake.Issues.Recipe/blob/develop/Cake.Issues.Recipe/Content/tasks/buildservers/AzurePipelineSummary.cshtml
