Reference to addin Cake.Email in addins.cake needs to be updated #899

Reference to Cake.Email 1.0.2 in addins.cake should be updated to 2.0.0

I am not going to add this issue to the next milestone. Instead, we will use https://github.com/cake-contrib/Cake.Recipe/issues/872 as the tracking issue for the required changes.
