Version number is hardcoded #35

Build version number is hardcoded here: https://github.com/AMVSoftware/Cake.SqlServer/blob/ce098bb93d0b90b6f213af775dade3ad37ae4262/parameters.cake#L32

Once Cake 0.22.1 is released with the bugfix for the issue, the GitVersion should be restored
