Publish two addins:

Cake.Git for Cake Scripting
Cake.Frosting.Git for Cake Froting, with a reference to LibGit2Sharp instead of embedding it

Fixes #137

I've just hit #137 too, and then found this PR which fixes it. Please could it be merged? 😄
