Update alexa-remote2 dependency to 3.8.1 #24

Hi @cakebake! Following the discussion here https://github.com/cakebake/node-red-contrib-alexa-remote-cakebaked/issues/22 @Apollon77 has released a new version 3.8.1 of alexa-remote2, which fixes this wonderful node-red node. This PR only sets the dependency to 3.8.1, I believe everything else needed to release an update is probably automated by scripts.

@cakebake Kannst du dann auch gleich folgenden fork integrieren? Added textCommand #181 ich habe ihn bei mir getestet und funktioniert einwandfrei!
