Very Limited Functionality #34

Hi there,

I recently installed Cakebaked, on the AUS server (I'm in NZ). About the only thing that works is the 'Get Skills' function, so I know it kinda can communicate with my Echo. Oh and the 'Listen' node works too!

I can't tell Alexa to speak or play any sounds, nor will it 'Get Device or Entity' so that I can find out how node red can turn on my lamp and set colours as part of automations. Does anyone have any helpful advice for me please?

TBH, its very hit and miss for the aus servers. ATM I cant get it to authenticate via the proxy method. I have to manually input the cookie every week.

If you import the examples, do they work?

@bdydrp Not even the examples work. :-( would trying a different server help?

Not sure tbh! I use AU server and cannot generate a cookie either by proxy or global variable! and using different servers has not worked either!! Not sure how else to help.

Only way I get it to work, is by manually saving the cookie in the node
