Alarm based triggers #6

Is it possible to use the start, snooze, or dismissal of an alarm as a trigger? In a perfect world I would love to use a set time before alarm as a trigger, but baby steps first. I wanted to use this to control the lights in my room and to enable my motion sensors that were disabled at night.
