CS cake domain updated #211

Updated for 4.1.6, extracted cake.pot in attachment, not in PR, not sure if you'd want to remove the historical texts from cake domain template

why are some not translated? are those the historical ones?

Most likely, i've done bin/cake i18n extract --extract-core yes then with PoEdit updated cs/cake.po from updated cake.pot and translated what was visible (left empty only KB/MB/GB/TB translations), so any commented translation is probably obsolete against up-to-date 4.1.6 core, or it was split into plugin

You can definitely also PR an updated pot file IMO as new PR.
