New release Timeline - using @0.x-dev .. #2199

When will there be a new release?

I've been using the @0.x-dev version in composer, since https://github.com/cakephp/phinx/commit/f894a352079736a81d1af563f794d201a3db6756

Would be nice to be able to use the latest release instead of the dev branch.
