Addons Manager shows toolbars after toggling between it and a pinned tab #1

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Pin a tab
  2. Launch Add-ons Manager
  3. Switch the active tab from the Add-ons Manager to the pinned tab
  4. Switch back to the Add-ons Manager

Expected: Add-ons Manager tab appears the same as before toggling between the tabs

Actual: Add-ons Manager tab now has the toolbars showing
