Storing Checked State

Modified the electron-store to store an array of Note objects - a new type which includes content (string) and checked (boolean)
Checked state will now persist on refresh
Resolves #12

Styling

This PR includes commits from the styling branch, in which the color scheme, font, header, and day-modules were revamped.
