Task Storage

Resolves #2
Uses the electron-store package for easily storing the richer JSON formatted notes

Deletion

Add an edit view in Tasks component to show working delete buttons for each task
Needs styling and update/edit functionality before #1 can be resolved

Other changes

Begin using uuid to provide unique keys when listing tasks
Update 'addTask' to 'setTasks' for clarity
