A couple tiny requests:

  1. Add the .tox directory to .gitignore
  2. Update the copyright year in the LICENSE file
  3. Update the version in setup.py and CHANGELOG.rst, which currently don't match.

Do we publish this on PyPI? I see a couple django style guide packages, but not one that looks like ours.
