775 sticky header sortable tables #790

All tables have sticky headers and sticky first columns. extra javascript block moved to the bottom of body

The sticky headers look great. I'm not sure about the color choice for the headers, though - the brownish color doesn't seem to go with any of what's already there. Either way though, I'm looking forward to finally bringing this feature to Timepiece!

(And @wraybowling - you should hold @nfoster to her promise of a pizza party for the person who could bring sticky headers to Timepiece!)
