Feature Request: Project Monthly Allocation #807

For some projects it would be good to see the progress through monthly allocation of hours, not just weekly. For example I have to hit a specific number of hours each month on one project (SAS), and we have our specific number of content writing hours available each month. In both cases it would be nice to easily see that progress from week to week.

I second this request, but would like to amend to it. Since things like vacation hours, sick leave hours, blogging hours, etc are all things that roll over on a monthly basis, I'd like to see progress bars for those too. Their value would roll over from week to week or reset appropriately. It's the same feature, but we could use it for more than just projects.
